Over forty years ago, Kevin Dunn began his career sweeping floors at a local dealership. His work ethic and determination quickly earned him a promotion first to Service Technician and then to Service Manager. Within a few years, his employer encouraged him to start his own RV repair service and maintenance business. With this vision in mind, Mr. Dunn began the venture out of his home and grew his market share through word-of-mouth and repeat customers. What began as a home-based business is now a six-bay shop on two acres of land, located in beautiful Denver, NC.

While Complete RV began with a focus on service and maintenance, the Dunn family has expanded the business model to include renovations, a fast-growing market. In 1998, at the age of 15, Kevin’s son Derek joined the family business. Derek made the decision to stay local after high school, attending CPCC in order to stay hands on with the business and to continue to “turn the wrenches” while in school. Maria, Kevin’s wife, brought her extensive knowledge and talent of interior design to Complete RV in 2011. As the business has expanded, offering partial and complete RV renovations to the service line has provided Complete RV with the opportunity to serve even more customers by partnering with them to create their dream RVs.
